Extension of hire
Extension of the original confirmed hire period must be advised at least couple of days prior to due date. Any additional hours or days will be subject to extra charges applied by Welcomewheels. Last hour extension may occur replacement of the attendant as our all attendants are booked well in advance.

Change of location
Any plan change at the last minute will be considered services provided, want to make changes in the date needs to be updates at least 72 hour prior to the booking date. Booking amount will not be refunded will changes will not notified within minimum span time.
