Our event management team can estimate the number of scooters and/or wheelchairs to deliver based on the projected number of attendees expected at your event.

Booking Process
Booking of our rental equipment can be done either online through the website or by speaking with one of our team on the telephone by calling them on 0589091099. Our friendly team are here to help talk you through any of the different options available to you, ensuring peace of mind that you are hiring the right equipment for your needs.

Book your wheels
Contact us to book your wheels. We usually deliver within 3 hours of booking*

Liability
The hirer is responsible for loss of, or damage to, the wheelchair whilst in their possession regardless of cause. Repairs will be charged at cost (parts and labour).

Extension of hire
Extension of the original confirmed hire period must be advised at least 24hrs before the return time. Any additional costs incurred by Welcomewheels in relation to pick-up or return of a wheelchair, other than those included in the booking confirmation, will be chargeable to the hirer.

Change of location
The delivery and return location can be changed 24 hours in advance. If the new location has a higher fee that will be informed and charged with mutual understanding.

Safety Measure
Each wheelchair is supplied with full safety instructions which are also available here. Please familiarise yourself with these before use. If there is any damage or defect then the wheelchair must not be used and we must be notified immediately on the number below.
